How Does the Language Account Work?

Your registration includes:
- The introductory lesson ($90 one-time fee); plus
- 10 hours in your individualized instruction bank ($500).
You study the introductory lesson and complete the practice exercise.
You write and send us one or more sample business documents that are typical of your business writing needs. We will use these samples for your next writing assignment. ^{(Note 1)}
We return your documents with corrections, instructional notes and practice items based on your common errors.
Each time we return a lesson, we will include an updated statement of how many hours remain in your instruction bank.
You continue to send new documents that we correct and return until you have used your 10 hours of instructional time. ^{(Note 2)}

1) We guarantee the confidentiality of all your communications. Upon request, we will sign and file a confidentiality agreement with your company.
2) Instructional hours are defined as hours the instructor spends correcting your documents and preparing practice exercises.
